Services that are provided by H² Homecare include Skilled Nursing Services, Personal Care Services, and Companion/Sitter Services. We employ only the most qualified staff to provide individualized services to meet the needs of our clients and their families. We specialize in skilled and non-skilled private duty homecare, skilled nursing visits, and hourly care for the adult and pediatric population. Our services are delivered in the comfort and privacy of the client's home. We are located just off the square of historic McDonough, Georgia. Our address is 119 Griffin Street, McDonough, GA 30253. For questions or referrals, please call (770) 250-0355 twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
Currently, our coverage includes the following counties: Barrow, Bartow, Bibb, Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Floyd, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Haralson, Harris, Heard, Henry, Jackson, Jasper, Jones, Lamar, Meriwether, Monroe, Morgan, Muscogee, Newton, Oconee, Paulding, Pike, Polk, Putnam, Rockdale, Spalding, Troup, Upson, and Walton.
